When the match had gone on for 5 minutes, Sidnei Dionísio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rafinha Godoi to make any attempt to save it. In the 8th minute Cássio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Godoi was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Eliseu Alagoano capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eliseu Alagoano really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Rafinha Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Régis Vides, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cássio Araújo kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 26th minute, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Eliseu Alagoano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. In the 30th minute Cássio Araújo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute Eliseu Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sidnei Dionísio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafinha Godoi came out and tried to block the shot, but Sidnei Dionísio slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 36th minute. Rafinha Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Damasceno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 44th minute Eliseu Alagoano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafinha Godoi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amílton Marinho in the 46th minute. When Breno Silveira fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vila Mascote FC's protests and gave Breno Silveira a yellow card for diving instead.

卡納里尼奧 FC's João Vítor Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guilherme Pombal in the 56th minute of play. When the match clock showed 58 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Elias Damasceno sped through Vila Mascote FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafinha Godoi. In the 63rd minute Elias Damasceno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafinha Godoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Branco hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The supporters of Vila Mascote FC booed when 卡納里尼奧 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidnei Dionísio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th match minute, Vila Mascote FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olavo Bastos to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Damasceno in the 95th minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper Rafinha Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the 卡納里尼奧 FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
