Gualterio Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Damasceno in the 9th minute of play. Fermin Estevez charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fermin Estevez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eliseu Alagoano succeeded in the game's 14th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Sidnei Dionísio hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. If Sidnei Dionísio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nouvelle Vague's Leandro Norino got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Froilan Sedeni got free with João Vítor Guimarães in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the match, Eliseu Alagoano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gualterio Socorro. Nouvelle Vague's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseu Alagoano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Gualterio Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Alagoano in the 32nd minute of the match. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 36 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Sidnei Dionísio made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Socorro was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 40th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes of play, 卡納里尼奧 FC's Elias Damasceno made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Socorro was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 45 played minutes 卡納里尼奧 FC got a freekick which was hit by Sidnei Dionísio. Tobias Ourente hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Gualterio Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Damasceno in the 51st minute of play. After 52 minutes, Abel Vidal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 卡納里尼奧 FC and the Nouvelle Vague players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to 卡納里尼奧 FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Abel Vidal hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the game, Elias Damasceno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Gualterio Socorro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Nouvelle Vague from getting a goal against them. Nouvelle Vague's Gualterio Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 59th minute of play. In the 59th match minute, Nouvelle Vague was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Norino to maneuver through the defense. Gualterio Socorro made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Eliseu Alagoano sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Alagoano in the 68th minute of play forced Nouvelle Vague's goalkeeper Gualterio Socorro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 卡納里尼奧 FC's Severino da Cunha was substituted for Vítor da Costa. Gualterio Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseu Alagoano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Nouvelle Vague getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Tobias Ourente hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Nouvelle Vague defense, Elias Damasceno kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Socorro. The Nouvelle Vague fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Socorro should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice moves Eliseu Alagoano could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Gualterio Socorro however easily saved by the left post.
