After a defensive mix-up in Maritza's zone, Uygur Biçimli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Angel Guglev came out of the goal and Uygur Biçimli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th minute Radul Prokopiev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Semi Onguner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cisco Birlik FC's Semi Onguner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radul Prokopiev in the 13th minute of play. The referee showed Penyo Parlapanov the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Penyo Parlapanov hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Cisco Birlik FC's Çetin Akmeşe got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cisco Birlik FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Radul Prokopiev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Radul Prokopiev fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maritza's protests and gave Radul Prokopiev a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Cisco Birlik FC booed when Maritza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Radul Prokopiev didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Çetin Akmeşe to make the kick off. Radul Prokopiev sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Ecevit Hacıahmetoğlu notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Maritza's Angel Guglev. Angel Guglev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Uygur Biçimli kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Cisco Birlik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tzvetomir Kyuchukov came free, but Semi Onguner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 71st minute Çetin Akmeşe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel Guglev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Kaloyan Butev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maritza's Angel Guglev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şehzade Ulunay in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Cisco Birlik FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimir Pushkov came free, but Semi Onguner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Cisco Birlik FC got a freekick which was hit by Yavuz Bülent Palabıyık. Kaloyan Butev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Semi Onguner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Guglev came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Cisco Birlik FC's Ecevit Hacıahmetoğlu. But to his dismay, Ecevit Hacıahmetoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The supporters of Maritza booed when Cisco Birlik FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uygur Biçimli didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 94 played minutes Cisco Birlik FC got a freekick which was hit by Yasin Karluk. The Cisco Birlik FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
