Dominik Dobilas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iordache Lixandru went, in the 3rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Eliodor Maftei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 6th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gigio Buffone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernard Miarka, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute, Carp Team's Vasile Orghidan seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Vasile Orghidan the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Carp Team protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vasile Orghidan had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. When Korneliusz Debowski came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Legia Warszawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Korneliusz Debowski couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Carp Team's goal looked a bit too open when Patryk Rozanski came free, but Gigio Buffone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliodor Maftei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Dobilas having to interfere. Gigio Buffone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernard Miarka in the 21st minute of the match. After 22 played minutes Carp Team got a freekick which was hit by Atakan Atanacković. Eliodor Maftei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dominik Dobilas having to interfere. In the 28th minute Carp Team were awarded a corner. Nistor Manea went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 36th minute, Bernard Miarka ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gigio Buffone was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, Patryk Rozanski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gigio Buffone. Carp Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patryk Rozanski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 45 minutes into the game, Bernard Miarka cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Gigio Buffone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Carp Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Legia Warszawa were winning 1-3.

Carp Team's Gigio Buffone proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Carp Team from getting a goal against them. In the 55th match minute, Legia Warszawa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korneliusz Debowski to maneuver through the defense. Gigio Buffone was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Patryk Rozanski showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 62 minute of play. In the 69th minute, Patryk Rozanski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Legia Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. If Bernard Miarka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigio Buffone made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bernard Miarka in the 75th minute. In the 76thth minute of the game Atakan Atanacković who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Legia Warszawa's Dominik Dobilas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 77th minute Eliodor Maftei shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dominik Dobilas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigio Buffone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patryk Rozanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Carp Team's Gigio Buffone got control of the ball when Bernard Miarka tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gigio Buffone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patryk Rozanski in the 87th minute of the match. Dominik Dobilas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atakan Atanacković, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 89th minute, Eliodor Maftei made a precise shot to the right of Dominik Dobilas. Legia Warszawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-5. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Gigio Buffone successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
