He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cardiff City FC reached it. If Ralf Skröder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Cardiff City FC's Godofredo Dacio got a free kick in the 15th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Cardiff City FC's zone, Markus Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filomeno Rencio came out of the goal and Markus Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Hammarby Gård defense, Godofredo Dacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Malcolm Jakobsson. The Hammarby Gård fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Malcolm Jakobsson should have stopped the shot. 26 minutes into the game, Godofredo Dacio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Malcolm Jakobsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Sotero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

In the 52nd minute, Oscar Blai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. August Hellström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Rencio having to interfere. Andy Siggesson charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andy Siggesson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 58 minutes into the game, one of Hammarby Gård:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Eusebio Navarro walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Ralf Skröder received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Filomeno Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Markus Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Hammarby Gård fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Markus Holmgren couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson got control of the ball when Honorio Sotero tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cardiff City FC's Ulises Bidari got a free kick in the 69th minute. A collision led to Hammarby Gård getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Filomeno Rencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ralf Skröder in the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the game, Honorio Sotero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Malcolm Jakobsson. Honorio Sotero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Skröder in the 91st minute of play forced Cardiff City FC's goalkeeper Filomeno Rencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Malcolm Jakobsson was a little too slow when Oscar Blai got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-3. Although Hammarby Gård had been in control for most of the match, Cardiff City FC still came away with the win.
