Hammarby Gård's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Formentera the free kick. Jens-Åke Wennerquist hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Malcolm Jakobsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isaias Lesardo in the 11th minute of the match. Hammarby Gård's Malcolm Jakobsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaias Lesardo in the 11th minute of play. During the 15th minute of the match Jens-Åke Wennerquist completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. In the 24th minute Isaias Lesardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcolm Jakobsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Malcolm Jakobsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Lesardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Malcolm Jakobsson came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Formentera's Isaias Lesardo. But to his dismay, Isaias Lesardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Simon Nikola took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Malcolm Jakobsson. Malcolm Jakobsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 43 minutes into the match, Isaias Lesardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Jakobsson. Hammarby Gård's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Isaias Lesardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Simon Nikola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Formentera's supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Nikola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Malcolm Jakobsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half Formentera were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Markus Holmgren made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Hammarby Gård's Andy Siggesson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Andy Siggesson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Hammarby Gård protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Andy Siggesson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 56 minutes into the game, one of Hammarby Gård:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Isaias Lesardo placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! In the 59th minute, Alonzo Vincente made a precise shot to the right of Malcolm Jakobsson. Hammarby Gård's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5.
