After a rather tough play, Campus Douro Academy's Roberto Brás got a free kick in the 6th minute. Dinei Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, LULU TRICOLOR's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Brás came free, but Wanderson Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Germano Vilalobos in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by LULU TRICOLOR's Patrick Romero. 16 minutes into the match, LULU TRICOLOR's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Telinhos came free, but Wanderson Cordeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Osmar Romero's late challenge caught a Campus Douro Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Osmar Romero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, LULU TRICOLOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osmar Romero to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute, Augusto Telinhos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wanderson Cordeiro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 26 minutes into the game, Campus Douro Academy's Roberto Brás nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wanderson Cordeiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Roberto Brás fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wanderson Cordeiro having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Paulo Pires notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of LULU TRICOLOR's Wanderson Cordeiro. Wanderson Cordeiro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. LULU TRICOLOR's Wanderson Cordeiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Telinhos in the 47th minute of play.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Vítor Macedo got free with Wanderson Cordeiro in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Wanderson Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Telinhos in the 55th minute of play. Vítor Macedos short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Wanderson Cordeiro to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After a defensive mix-up in Campus Douro Academy's zone, Gernando Moreira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeferino Igrejas came out of the goal and Gernando Moreira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Campus Douro Academy getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Celso Baião hit a great ball. In the 71st minute Augusto Telinhos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wanderson Cordeiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roberto Brás could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Wanderson Cordeiro made a huge save. 75 minutes into the game, Vítor Macedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Wanderson Cordeiro. Vítor Macedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. With a little luck, LULU TRICOLOR's Wanderson Cordeiro got control of the ball when Vítor Macedo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Campus Douro Academy's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
