In the 5th play minute Manuel Ekain came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Maximino Polo. 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Apolo Cordarryl in the 12th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Herradura FC's Bernardino Dunixi. Conan Ledesma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Laurendi, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Alzaga FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Asier came free, but Conan Ledesma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martin Indartsu in the 20th minute of play forced La Herradura FC's goalkeeper Maximino Polo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 23 minutes, Maximino Polo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Alzaga FC booed when La Herradura FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Gelacio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Ekain in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Maximino Polo saved La Herradura FC from getting behind. With a little luck, La Herradura FC's Maximino Polo got control of the ball when Manuel Ekain tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Manuel Ekain's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximino Polo was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 40th minute, Natalio Elivareo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Maximino Polo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 44th minute, Martin Indartsu reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Maximino Polo. The goal made the score 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Asier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, La Herradura FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Kinsen came free, but Maximino Polo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 52nd match minute, Alzaga FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Elivareo to maneuver through the defense. Maximino Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manuel Ekain in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th minute Manuel Ekain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Polo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manuel Ekain, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Ekain took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Maximino Polo. Maximino Polo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. In the 63rd minute, Martin Indartsu made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Polo. La Herradura FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. In the 67th minute, Emanuel Kinsen made a precise shot to the right of Maximino Polo. La Herradura FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. La Herradura FC's Maximino Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Indartsu in the 76th minute of play. Maximino Polo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Natalio Elivareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute, Emanuel Kinsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alzaga FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 11-0. After 92 minutes of play, Alzaga FC's Manuel Ekain made it 12-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximino Polo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alzaga FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
