An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugênio de Queiroz in the 7th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Moisés Valentim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Internacional's goalkeeper Ruy Correia, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Sporting Tuga FC booed when Internacional was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roger Zonta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jacob Miranda's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruy Correia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Valente in the 26th minute of play forced Internacional's goalkeeper Ruy Correia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dráusio de Moraes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Moisés Valentim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugênio de Queiroz in the 36th minute of play forced Sporting Tuga FC's goalkeeper Moisés Valentim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Eugênio de Queiroz hit a great ball. José Faria hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Valente in the 44th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruy Correia saved Internacional from getting behind. Eugênio de Queiroz charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugênio de Queiroz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell José Faria to make the kick off. In the 54th minute Emanuel Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruy Correia came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Tuga FC's Emanuel Valente. But to his dismay, Emanuel Valente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Internacional getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Clemente Quintal hit a great ball. Moisés Valentim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráusio de Moraes in the 66th minute of play. After 67 played minutes Sporting Tuga FC got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Maia. José Faria hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Sporting Tuga FC's Moisés Valentim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Faria in the 71st minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Sporting Tuga FC's goal looked a bit too open when José Faria came free, but Moisés Valentim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emanuel Valente's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Ruy Correia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Moisés Valentim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Faria in the 76th minute of the match. In the 79th minute Emanuel Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruy Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Sporting Tuga FC's Emanuel Valente dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Ruy Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Valente in the 95th minute of the match.
