Spectators: 188 (Terracing: 142, Seating: 43, VIP seats: 3) The crowd rose to their feet as Mihály Földesi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Horacio Mannie. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Mihály Földesi who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Horacio Mannie when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 8 minutes, Olivér Cselényi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Szombathely Squirrels and the RED DEVIL players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Szombathely Squirrels was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olivér Cselényi to maneuver through the defense. After 20 played minutes RED DEVIL got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Oidor. After a rather tough play, RED DEVIL's Abel Larpe got a free kick in the 21st minute. Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Rafe in the 24th minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Zsolt Vörös sped through RED DEVIL's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Horacio Mannie. In the 33rd minute Severino Barto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Róbert Kormos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Dénes Boross had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Szombathely Squirrels's Róbert Kormos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Felo in the 41st minute of play. Gusztáv Győrffy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The audience was convinced that Mihály Földesi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Horacio Mannie was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Mihály Földesi put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Horacio Mannie. Olivér Cselényi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Zsolt Vörös made a precise shot to the right of Horacio Mannie. RED DEVIL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Mihály Földesi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Horacio Mannie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dénes Boross in the 73rd minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, RED DEVIL's goal looked a bit too open when Dénes Boross came free, but Horacio Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Horacio Mannie didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zsolt Vörös went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. 85 minutes into the match, RED DEVIL's goal looked a bit too open when Mihály Földesi came free, but Horacio Mannie reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zsolt Vörös sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to RED DEVIL getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Fabio Felo hit a great ball. After 93 played minutes RED DEVIL got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Misael. Ferenc Jászberényi took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horacio Mannie. RED DEVIL's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Horacio Mannie took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zsolt Vörös, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Szombathely Squirrels were the better team. Szombathely Squirrels's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
