After a rather tough play, CF JABATOS's Rogelio Sugar got a free kick in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Víktor Sampaio had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernardino Ignazio. CF JABATOS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Víktor Sampaio was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 21 played minutes Condors F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Diamantino Madureira. Armando Orlan in the 26thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zézinho Mineiro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Giovani Galvão hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 33rd minute of the game. One of CF JABATOS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Condors F.C.:s goal. CF JABATOS:s Bernardino Ignazio showed great skill when he stopped Ivo Dionísio:s penalty. 3-2 came in the 36th minute when Ivo Dionísio all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Bernardino Ignazio. In the 40th minute of the match Condors F.C. got a corner. CF JABATOS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ivo Dionísio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The audience was convinced that Serginho Massa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bernardino Ignazio was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. In the 45th minute, Adolfo Ferran hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Víktor Sampaio to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Carlos Nóbrega was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Condors F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CF JABATOS the free kick. In the 51st match minute, Condors F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Nóbrega to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Ignazio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Nóbrega in the 53rd minute. In the 74th minute Jairo Firman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zézinho Mineiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Serginho Massa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bernardino Ignazio came out and tried to block the shot, but Serginho Massa slotted it home off the left post making it 3-3 in the 76th minute. After 84 played minutes CF JABATOS got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Oxel. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ivo Dionísio in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernardino Ignazio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
