Feliciano Chorche took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Fabiano Freire, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Fabiano Freire in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Chorche saved San Martin de Tucumán from getting behind. In the 37th minute, Leandro Flor made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Albuquerque. FLA MQ BRASIL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Fabiano Freire in the 45th minute of play forced San Martin de Tucumán's goalkeeper Feliciano Chorche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luís Fabiano Freire in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Feliciano Chorche prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Fabiano Freire in the 51st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Feliciano Chorche saved San Martin de Tucumán from getting behind. After 58 played minutes FLA MQ BRASIL got a freekick which was hit by Marcelinho Perez. After a rather tough play, San Martin de Tucumán's Leandro Flor got a free kick in the 60th minute. Dalmacio Min hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Feliciano Chorche stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luís Fabiano Freire's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Luís Fabiano Freire who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 70thth minute tested the skills of Feliciano Chorche when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
