Daniel Igon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredas Malakauskas in the 18th minute of the match. In the 21st minute Zacarias Lauaxeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miglius Beržinis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute Rosendo Bide shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miglius Beržinis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Lindo Trollo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Campeones del Mundo fans jumped to their feet. After 29 played minutes Campeones del Mundo got a freekick which was hit by Emilio Sugoi. In the 32nd minute, Emilio Sugoi made a precise shot to the right of Miglius Beržinis. FC COSA NOSTRA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. With a little luck, Campeones del Mundo's Daniel Igon got control of the ball when Algirdas Brazauskas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Miglius Beržinis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rosendo Bide went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. After 42 played minutes FC COSA NOSTRA got a freekick which was hit by Algirdas Brazauskas. Lindo Trollo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Miglius Beržinis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in FC COSA NOSTRA's zone, Lindo Trollo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miglius Beržinis came out of the goal and Lindo Trollo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Algirdas Brazauskas to strike the kick off in the second half. Rosendo Bide could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Miglius Beržinis made a huge save. Miglius Beržinis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonatan Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Miglius Beržinis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Sugoi in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Emilio Sugoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miglius Beržinis. The goal made the score 0-5. 74 minutes into the match, FC COSA NOSTRA's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Sugoi came free, but Miglius Beržinis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Jonas Girnius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonatan Ubendu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miglius Beržinis having to interfere. Miglius Beržinis was a little too slow when Emilio Sugoi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-9. Campeones del Mundo's Bernardino Txilar was substituted for Gaston Lucila. In the 96th minute, Zacarias Lauaxeta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Miglius Beržinis. The goal made the score 0-10.
