Serafin Aznar's late challenge caught a Roceira SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafin Aznar helped the player get up and apologised. Serafin Aznar kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Remo Gonçalves had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natalio Gerazan. The supporters of ATLETICO MENDOZA booed when Roceira SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan Teles didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Roceira SC's zone, Luisito Tono stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Freitas came out of the goal and Luisito Tono tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgardo Estebano in the 84th managed to get into a good position. The audience was convinced that Edgardo Estebano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ismael Freitas was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ian Bueno in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natalio Gerazan saved ATLETICO MENDOZA from getting behind. Roceira SC's Ismael Freitas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Eudoxio in the 91st minute of play.
