In the 5th match minute, Goianésia E.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ronaldinho Bruchon to maneuver through the defense. Valdemaras Alukas charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valdemaras Alukas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 6th minute, Valdemaras Alukas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Kings getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Juozas Paulavičius hit a great ball. Jotautas Gutauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Lacerda in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, Igor Parreira notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas. Jotautas Gutauskas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ronaldinho Bruchon scored 0-2 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jotautas Gutauskas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jotautas Gutauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Igor Lacerda in the 29th minute of play. In the 29th match minute, Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juozas Paulavičius to maneuver through the defense. Elder da Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdemaras Alukas, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Claudinho Maranhense hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, Airūnas Milius was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kings's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goianésia E.C the free kick. In the 45th minute, Airūnas Milius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Goianésia E.C's Igor Lacerda got a free kick in the 46th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ronaldinho Bruchon to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee felt a red card was in order, 51 minutes into the game, when Ričardas Jasinskas put in a rough tackle. After 51 played minutes Kings got a freekick which was hit by Ričardas Jasinskas. Kings's Jotautas Gutauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Lacerda in the 53rd minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Benjamin Mattos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Goianésia E.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kings the free kick. In the 56th minute, Benjamin Mattos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Kings getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Airūnas Milius hit a great ball. Igor Parreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Jotautas Gutauskas made a huge save. Aistis Mečionis hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Cauan Neiva fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Goianésia E.C's protests and gave Cauan Neiva a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Kings booed when Goianésia E.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 68 played minutes Ronaldinho Bruchon rounded Kings's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Jotautas Gutauskas was a little too slow when Claudinho Maranhense got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Valdemaras Alukas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kings's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdemaras Alukas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elder da Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 85th match minute, Kings was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romualdas Kaušpadas to maneuver through the defense. In the 90th minute Valdemaras Alukas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elder da Silva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Goianésia E.C's Elder da Silva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdemaras Alukas in the 93rd minute of play.
