Eleodoro Cayuela fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélder de Carvalho having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Coritiba Foot Ball Club's goal looked a bit too open when Mikel Tobia came free, but Hélder de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17th minute Cleiton Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Albizua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Quentin Albizua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juan do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quentin Albizua made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan do Vale in the 22nd minute of play. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Quentin Albizua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan do Vale in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Erik Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hélder de Carvalho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pere Merino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 30 minutes into the game, Cleiton Paulista lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Quentin Albizua. Quentin Albizua made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cleiton Paulista in the 44th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cleiton Paulista made a kick off. Juan do Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Quentin Albizua tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anxo Uria lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Clube Esportivo Saudade:s Quentin Albizua showed great skill when he stopped Emílio Maranhense:s penalty. Quentin Albizua came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Coritiba Foot Ball Club's Cleiton Paulista. But to his dismay, Cleiton Paulista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. In the 61stth minute of the game Cleiton Paulista who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clube Esportivo Saudade's Quentin Albizua was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Clube Esportivo Saudade's Quentin Albizua played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan do Vale in the 65th minute of play. A collision led to Coritiba Foot Ball Club getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Erik Guedes hit a great ball. Hélder de Carvalho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleodoro Cayuela, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. When Juan do Vale came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Coritiba Foot Ball Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juan do Vale couldn't finish the play. Quentin Albizua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Cleiton Paulista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Quentin Albizua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Coritiba Foot Ball Club booed when Clube Esportivo Saudade was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleodoro Cayuela didn't get a good kick on the ball. Quentin Albizua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cleiton Paulista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Coritiba Foot Ball Club's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
