Jakub Dominik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulrik Isaksson in the 8th minute of the match. Josef Slepička's late challenge caught a Sonstorps Fotboll's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Josef Slepička helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, FC Kopeto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ulrik Isaksson fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 19th minute, Adrian Vibjörnsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 22nd minute, Leon Janák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 27th play minutes Václav Plášil shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Jens-Ola Mellberg and just under the crossbar into goal. Josef Slepička blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Ola Mellberg having to make a save. 37 minutes into the game, Matthias Kjellman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sonstorps Fotboll's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Kopeto the free kick. In the 38th match minute, Sonstorps Fotboll was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matthias Kjellman to maneuver through the defense. After 41 minutes of play, FC Kopeto's Josef Slepička made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jens-Ola Mellberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Sonstorps Fotboll players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. FC Kopeto were winning 0-2.

FC Kopeto's Josef Winkler was substituted for Bedřich Matyáš. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ulrik Isaksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for FC Kopeto! FC Kopeto:s Jakub Dominik showed great skill when he stopped Adrian Vibjörnsson:s penalty. Adrian Vibjörnsson scored 1-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jakub Dominik, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olof Arvidsson in the 61st minute of play forced FC Kopeto's goalkeeper Jakub Dominik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jakub Dominik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Isaksson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Olof Arvidsson during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The crowd rose to their feet as Josef Slepička kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jens-Ola Mellberg. That made the score 1-3 in the 71 minute of play. FC Kopeto's Václav Plášil got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With an all-out effort, FC Kopeto's Jens-Ola Mellberg threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Václav Plášil, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Josef Slepička had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The FC Kopeto players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
