ENZO FC's Placido Libertad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 2nd minute of the match, managed to save ENZO FC from getting a goal against them. After 11 played minutes ENZO FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeo Eguntsenti. Felix Chew could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Placido Libertad made a huge save. After 16 minutes of play, ENZO FC's Leon Fraco made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Steven Rajah was left in no man's land by his defense there! Placido Libertad didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felix Chew went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 26th minute, Felix Chew made a precise shot to the right of Placido Libertad. ENZO FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Placido Libertad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lamar Choy in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36th minute ENZO FC were awarded a corner. Celestino Astudillo went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led ENZO FC's Celestino Astudillo to fire away a dangerous shot which Steven Rajah despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Placido Libertad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Chew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Leon Fraco to strike the kick off in the second half. Celestino Astudillo hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Victor Ramachandran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Placido Libertad. ENZO FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 54th minute, Tadeo Eguntsenti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 55thth minute of the game Felix Chew who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ENZO FC's Placido Libertad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tadeo Eguntsenti sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 61 minutes into the match, ENZO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Chew came free, but Placido Libertad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Placido Libertad took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shahiran Chong, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, NFH Family United's Steven Rajah got control of the ball when Leon Fraco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee ignored NFH Family United's protests and gave Prime Hsi a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to NFH Family United getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Prime Hsi hit a great ball. If Lamar Choy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Steven Rajah made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. NFH Family United had won after a very even match.
