Edgar Gurlui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giacomo Zerres in the 5th minute of play. After 6 played minutes C Ａ R D I N Ａ L got a freekick which was hit by Gigel Nichita. Giovanni Bodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Edgar Gurlui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Christoph Gotthard fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Edgar Gurlui, passed just outside the right post. Waldemar Roppel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eugen Popeneciu in the 16th minute of play. Edgar Gurlui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thorsten Wexler in the 24th minute of the match. In the 30th minute Sorin Chihaia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldemar Roppel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sorin Chihaia in the 33rd minute of play forced SV Klingsmoos's goalkeeper Waldemar Roppel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd match minute, SV Klingsmoos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Loy Berns to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, SV Klingsmoos's goal looked a bit too open when Eugen Popeneciu came free, but Waldemar Roppel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SV Klingsmoos's Waldemar Roppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Popeneciu in the 45th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Christoph Gotthard to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gigel Nichita during the 50th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Gigel Nichita got a free kick in the 50th minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Waldemar Roppel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Waldemar Roppel came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Gigel Nichita. But to his dismay, Gigel Nichita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. SV Klingsmoos's Waldemar Roppel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Popeneciu in the 86th minute of play.
