In the 9th minute Ignacy Dranka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Chrzan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes into the match, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goal looked a bit too open when Wasyl Zatorski came free, but Radowit Chrzan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brow Team's Witalis Zdeb proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Brow Team from getting a goal against them. After 31 played minutes RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA got a freekick which was hit by Marek Iwaszko. Radowit Chrzan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juliusz Domalik, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Czeslaw Bochinski in the 35th minute of play forced RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA's goalkeeper Radowit Chrzan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Olgierd Matela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute Wasyl Zatorski suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Witomir Parzysz charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Witomir Parzysz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Witomir Parzysz to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA defense, Juliusz Domalik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Radowit Chrzan. The RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Radowit Chrzan should have stopped the shot. Daniel Chazen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. If Juliusz Domalik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Brow Team were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

53 minutes into the game, Ignacy Dranka was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Brow Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA the free kick. In the 53rd minute, Ignacy Dranka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Radowit Chrzan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacy Dranka in the 55th minute of play. If Ignacy Dranka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 62 minutes into the game, Juliusz Domalik cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Radowit Chrzan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Witalis Zdeb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Chazen in the 69th minute of play. Brow Team's Witalis Zdeb played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artur Majorski in the 70th minute of play. After 72 minutes, Andrzej Domaracki mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA and the Brow Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrzej Domaracki to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Brow Team booed when RKS CZĘSTOCHOWA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Dranka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
