Torsten Ankervig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torsten Ankervig came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's João Augusto Sá. But to his dismay, João Augusto Sá quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute João Augusto Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Ankervig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicolas Andrade succeeded in the game's 22nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-3. 29 minutes into the match, Teodoro Guedes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Torsten Ankervig. 12 Monkeys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Guedes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. In the 39th minute João Augusto Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Ankervig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, Nicolas Andrade cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Torsten Ankervig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Torsten Ankervig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Andrade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torsten Ankervig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luizinho Capixaba in the 45th minute of play. After a rather tough play, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Walmyr Furlan got a free kick in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

12 Monkeys's Torsten Ankervig proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save 12 Monkeys from getting a goal against them. 56 minutes into the game, Leonhard Kimball was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. 12 Monkeys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER the free kick. A collision led to 12 Monkeys getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Leonhard Kimball hit a great ball. After 57th play minutes Nicolas Andrade shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Torsten Ankervig and just under the crossbar into goal. Torsten Ankervig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudinho Siqueira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Torsten Ankervig made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Nicolas Andrade sent off a good shot on target. 12 Monkeys's Torsten Ankervig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Augusto Sá in the 68th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudinho Siqueira in the 71st minute of play forced 12 Monkeys's goalkeeper Torsten Ankervig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 Monkeys's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Claudinho Siqueira 74 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-7. 79 minutes into the game, BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's Claudinho Siqueira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Torsten Ankervig made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Torsten Ankervig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Claudinho Siqueira's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. In the 84th minute João Augusto Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Torsten Ankervig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hektor Rylov kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Murillo Recife managed to get in a good position for a shot. BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER's supporters rose to their feet, but Murillo Recife was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Ankervig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to BRASIL DE PELOTAS 4EVER getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Claudinho Siqueira hit a great ball. Adelino de Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Detlev Blou, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. If Detlev Blou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
