When the match clock showed 4 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Vilhelm Mjølner sped through Manchester United's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Shahiran Teo. Wei Xuan Rajah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 11th minute Ryan Nair shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emil Hafström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Stig Lindqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shahiran Teo came out of the goal and Stig Lindqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Manchester United's Ryan Nair got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 17 minutes into the game, Tomas Igelström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Northmen Army's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Manchester United the free kick. In the 17th match minute, The Northmen Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Igelström to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Shukrie Laycock took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Emil Hafström to make any attempt to save it. 28 minutes into the match, The Northmen Army's goalkeeper Emil Hafström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Shukrie Laycock. After some careless play in the Manchester United defense, Vilhelm Mjølner kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Shahiran Teo. The Manchester United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Shahiran Teo should have stopped the shot. Vilhelm Mjølner received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Shahiran Teo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 36 in the game by Shukrie Laycock from a close distance when the talented Emil Hafström managed to make a qualified save. The Northmen Army's players were relieved. The Northmen Army's defense didn't have a chance, in the 37th minute, when Shahiran Kool scored to the left of an out of position Emil Hafström, making the score, 2-2. In the 40th match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danish Dryburgh to maneuver through the defense. The Northmen Army's Emil Hafström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniz Vijiaratnam in the 45th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Manchester United's Shahiran Kool slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Emil Hafström. That made the score 3-2 after 47 minutes of play.

After a defensive mix-up in Manchester United's zone, Pål Wiklund stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Shahiran Teo came out of the goal and Pål Wiklund tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Afriz Hoe hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 61 minutes into the game, Shukrie Laycock was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Manchester United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Northmen Army the free kick. In the 61st match minute, Manchester United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Shukrie Laycock to maneuver through the defense. Shukrie Laycock kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After 64 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Vilgot Dahlman. Aziz Pieng kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. Shahiran Teo came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by The Northmen Army's Hugo Holmberg. But to his dismay, Hugo Holmberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. In the 78th minute, Kent Sandström made a precise shot to the right of Shahiran Teo. Manchester United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-4. The Northmen Army's Jack Lundberg got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Shahiran Teo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Holmberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 90 minutes into the game, The Northmen Army's Hugo Holmberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Shahiran Teo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-5. The Northmen Army's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
