Encanto's Eliseu Tasso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Encanto from getting a goal against them. Gustavo Valladares charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustavo Valladares the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gustavo Valladares kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Chicão Valle mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Encanto and the FC ciufulici players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Chicão Valle. In the 9thth minute of the game Sandu Pătrășconiu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Encanto's Eliseu Tasso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 14 minutes, Nico Palmeira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nico Palmeira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eliseu Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ştefan Nastac in the 16th minute of play. Sandu Pătrășconiu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damian Vulpescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Eliseu Tasso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerônimo Mendes hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sandu Pătrășconiu got free with Eliseu Tasso in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the FC ciufulici defense, Nico Palmeira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mugurel Zglobiu. The FC ciufulici fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mugurel Zglobiu should have stopped the shot. Mugurel Zglobiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Vianna, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Nico Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 32 played minutes Encanto got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Vianna. In the 33rd match minute, FC ciufulici was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Onea to maneuver through the defense. After 43 minutes, Manuel Vianna made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. FC ciufulici's Mugurel Zglobiu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Sandu Pătrășconiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. Jerônimo Mendes's late challenge caught a FC ciufulici's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jerônimo Mendes helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Jerônimo Mendes hit a great ball. In the 49th minute, Encanto's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ştefan Nastac fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Manuel Vianna stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With an all-out effort, Encanto's Mugurel Zglobiu threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nico Palmeira, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eliseu Tasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandu Pătrășconiu in the 59th minute of play. Mugurel Zglobiu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manuel Vianna's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. 61 minutes into the match, Encanto's goal looked a bit too open when Ştefan Nastac came free, but Eliseu Tasso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Manuel Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Manuel Vianna came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Encanto fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Vianna couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manuel Vianna in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mugurel Zglobiu saved FC ciufulici from getting behind. Gigel Gârleanu hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Manuel Viannas short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Mugurel Zglobiu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sandu Pătrășconiu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Tasso having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Nico Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. During the 85th minute of the match Chicão Valle completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Chicão Valle a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Encanto getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Chicão Valle hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Encanto's goalkeeper Eliseu Tasso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Encanto's attentive Cauan Berger managed to snatch the ball when Edgar Comarnescu made a throw-in in the 96th minute of the game. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see FC ciufulici lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
