In the 63rd match minute, Inter Gala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tony Leite to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the match, Encanto's Manuel Vianna broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 67 minutes into the game, Manuel Vianna cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Olívio Abraão was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eliseu Tasso made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Mauro Pombal sent off a good shot on target. Eliseu Tasso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Laerte Dante charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laerte Dante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Chicão Valle kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. The Inter Gala fans' excitement grew in the 98th match minute when Inter Gala's Mauro Pombal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene.
