In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind CLC Winter's goalkeeper Diego Di Massimo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute Cosimo Epifani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Lengua de Lobo getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Maximiliano Errolan hit a great ball. Armando Melis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Faustino Harkaitz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Diego Di Massimo 22 minutes into the match. A hard shot 38 in the game by Faustino Harkaitz from a close distance when the talented Diego Di Massimo managed to make a qualified save. CLC Winter's players were relieved. Diego Di Massimo made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Faustino Harkaitz sent off a good shot on target. Diego Di Massimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Harkaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustino Harkaitzs short, quick shot in the 46thth minute got Diego Di Massimo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Meo in the 47th minute of play forced CLC Winter's goalkeeper Diego Di Massimo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cosimo Epifani was the one to do the kick off. Lengua de Lobo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Alberigo Sorge scored to the left of an out of position Ceferino Nabar, making the score, 2-2. Through an outstanding action, after 59 minutes, Ceferino Nabar successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a rather tough play, Lengua de Lobo's Maximiliano Errolan got a free kick in the 60th minute. Lengua de Lobo's Ceferino Nabar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Lengua de Lobo from getting a goal against them. In the 65th minute, Aquiles Meo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Diego Di Massimo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Lengua de Lobo's Aquiles Meo got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cosimo Epifani got free with Ceferino Nabar in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Diego Di Massimo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquiles Meo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Faustino Harkaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Diego Di Massimo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Faustino Harkaitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lengua de Lobo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-2. A collision led to CLC Winter getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Alberigo Falasca hit a great ball. In the 88th match minute, CLC Winter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberigo Sorge to maneuver through the defense. Victor Gonza kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Faustino Harkaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CLC Winter's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Lengua de Lobo had won, even though CLC Winter had held more of the ball.
