Faustino Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Berggren, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. David Berggren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Faustino Fertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 11th match minute, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Fiz to maneuver through the defense. David Berggren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Arsenio Erico got a free kick in the 14th minute. 15 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when David Berggren came free, but Faustino Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers David Berggren in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Fertus saved INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB from getting behind. 20 minutes into the match, INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's goal looked a bit too open when Michel Skräddare came free, but Faustino Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 25 minutes into the match, Christian Winström notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB's Faustino Fertus. Faustino Fertus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 32nd minute, David Berggren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cheetah Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Arsenio Erico who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 37thth minute tested the skills of Bengt Ånger when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Christian Winström took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Faustino Fertus. Faustino Fertus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 44th minute, Michel Skräddare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The supporters of Cheetah Team booed when INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venancio Odol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Christian Winström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Faustino Fertus came out and tried to block the shot, but Christian Winström slotted it home off the left post making it 0-7 in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Cheetah Team left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB.
