Isidor Zubizarreta started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Los kyes booed when Cheetah Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Jakobsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidor Zubizarreta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bertin Ramiréz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Winström in the 17th minute of play. Christian Winström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Bertin Ramiréz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Franco Saavedra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Los kyes's Llorian Casals got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidor Zubizarreta in the 38th minute of play forced Cheetah Team's goalkeeper Bengt Ånger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th match minute, Cheetah Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Lundström to maneuver through the defense. Nacho Canturri charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nacho Canturri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gert Tholsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheetah Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Gert Tholsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bertin Ramiréz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Tord Jakobsson made the kick off in the second half. Cheetah Team's Bengt Ånger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Llorian Casals in the 52nd minute of play. Dubardo Urbieta hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Franco Saavedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Ånger having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Los kyes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Saavedra to maneuver through the defense. 63 minutes into the game, Patrik Holm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cheetah Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los kyes the free kick. In the 63rd match minute, Cheetah Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrik Holm to maneuver through the defense. Llorian Casals struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Bengt Ånger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los kyes. After 71 played minutes Los kyes got a freekick which was hit by Isidor Zubizarreta. In the 75th minute, Michel Skräddare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt Ånger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Franco Saavedra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Cheetah Team getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Mark Malmberg hit a great ball. Isidor Zubizarreta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 87thth minute, Bengt Ånger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Llorian Casals managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los kyes's supporters rose to their feet, but Llorian Casals was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bengt Ånger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cloyo Merino kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Bertin Ramiréz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tord Jakobsson in the 94th minute of the match. Los kyes were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cheetah Team to leave the ground with a draw.
