FC Žalia Giria's Eligijus Duseika played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernado Lima in the 20th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Liutauras Macevicius in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Osvaldo Iratze saved Pegale De Puntín from getting behind. In the 24th match minute, FC Žalia Giria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kipras Balčytis to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Iratze showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Liutauras Macevicius, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Eligijus Duseika made an important save on a dangerous shot by Enzo Vellito in the 29th minute. 33 minutes in the game, Amancio Canor fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Eligijus Duseika having to interfere. Fernado Lima struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Eligijus Duseika didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pegale De Puntín. When Edgaras Babrauskas fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Žalia Giria's protests and gave Edgaras Babrauskas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 43rd minute, Edgaras Babrauskas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, FC Žalia Giria's Eligijus Duseika got control of the ball when Enzo Vellito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fernado Lima in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eligijus Duseika prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The wind increased when Liutauras Macevicius made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Francisco Xacintu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eligijus Duseika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes into the game, Francisco Xacintu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pegale De Puntín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Žalia Giria the free kick. Francisco Xacintu kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. If Kipras Balčytis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Liutauras Macevicius's late challenge caught a Pegale De Puntín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Liutauras Macevicius helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Liutauras Macevicius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 77 minutes into the game, one of FC Žalia Giria:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 87th minute Fernado Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eligijus Duseika saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kipras Balčytis's late challenge caught a Pegale De Puntín's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Žalia Giria players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Pegale De Puntín.
