Rostislav Fillipov was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Deivid Prestes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 10 minutes, Emil Tochilin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal F.C. and the Wolves FC - DMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. Emil Tochilin kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Deivid Prestes charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Deivid Prestes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 11th minute, Deivid Prestes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rostislav Fillipov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruy Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Ernest Alferov received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Zé Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Zinchenko got free with Zé Veloso in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rostislav Fillipov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franklin Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. With a little luck, Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso got control of the ball when Sergey Azbukin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Conrado Vinhas hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Viktor Zinchenko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Zé Veloso made a huge save. After 34 minutes of play Wolves FC - DMZ's Deivid Prestes was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Franklin Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rostislav Fillipov having to interfere. Zé Veloso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergey Azbukin in the 46th minute. Viktor Zinchenko took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zé Veloso. Zé Veloso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Franklin Guerra was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Almir Costa to maneuver through the defense. In the 54th minute of the match Nikita Sorokin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zé Veloso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Ostakhov in the 55th minute of play. Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergey Azbukin in the 56th minute of play. Zé Veloso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Ostakhov in the 57th minute of the match. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Azbukin in the 59th minute of play. A collision led to Wolves FC - DMZ getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Almir Costa hit a great ball. Wolves FC - DMZ's Zé Veloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernest Alferov in the 64th minute of play. 66 minutes into the match, Wolves FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ernest Alferov came free, but Zé Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pavel Ostakhov in the 71st minute of play. Zé Veloso came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Arsenal F.C.'s Ernest Alferov. But to his dismay, Ernest Alferov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Zé Veloso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergey Azbukin in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Arsenal F.C. getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Emil Tochilin hit a great ball. Betão do Nascimento took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rostislav Fillipov. Arsenal F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Sergey Azbukin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Zé Veloso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 95 minutes of play, Arsenal F.C.'s Ernest Alferov made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zé Veloso was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arsenal F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
