GrassNuts FC's Edgar Lönn proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save GrassNuts FC from getting a goal against them. GrassNuts FC's Edgar Lönn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Dechamps in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Kenneth Vennersten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Romain Labrouche was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute, Marten De Hond fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edgar Lönn was a little too slow when Marten De Hond got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 22nd minute. The score was now 3-1. Brian Depelsmaker kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Edgar Lönn made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Robbie Van Eijken sent off a good shot on target. In the 29th minute, Marten De Hond made a precise shot to the right of Edgar Lönn. GrassNuts FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Yanick Slegers received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Lönn came out and tried to block the shot, but Yanick Slegers slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 32nd minute. Edward Wuyts could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Edgar Lönn made a huge save. In the 48th minute of the match, Marten De Hond tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Edgar Lönn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

The wind increased when Otto Emander made the kick off in the second half. Romain Labrouche made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kenneth Vennersten in the 55th minute. 60 minutes into the match, Vicente Dechamps had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edgar Lönn. GrassNuts FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Dechamps was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. Robert Wästerberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Marten De Hond scored 7-1 in the 77th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edgar Lönn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 81 minutes into the match, Marten De Hond notched a goal, 8-1, to the right of GrassNuts FC's Edgar Lönn. Edgar Lönn was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Edgar Lönn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Dechamps in the 87th minute of the match. Romain Labrouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pelle Brander, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Flamenco United! Edgar Lönn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edward Wuyts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Flamenco United fully deserved thier win.
