Ovidio Birila took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dante Bieito. Dante Bieito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 16th match minute, Electric Futbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Beila to maneuver through the defense. Carmelo Teofilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Muc having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Ovidio Birila mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Maravilla and the Electric Futbol Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Maravilla's Ovidio Birila got a free kick in the 20th minute. 25 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goalkeeper Prospero Muc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mateo Beila. In the 27th minute, Carmelo Teofilio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Prospero Muc. The goal made the score 1-1. Dante Bieito didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Rameriz went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 35 minutes into the match, Maravilla's goalkeeper Prospero Muc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmar Pacho. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maravilla's goalkeeper Prospero Muc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mateo Beila who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 47thth minute tested the skills of Prospero Muc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo Teofilio to make the kick off. Simon Rameriz struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Dante Bieito didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maravilla. When Simon Rameriz in the 60th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Dante Bieito kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-3 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. Prospero Muc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Beila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Carmelo Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Electric Futbol Club's Delmar Pacho got a free kick in the 80th minute. A collision led to Electric Futbol Club getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Carmelo Teofilio hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute Carmelo Teofilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Prospero Muc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidio Birila got his second yellow card in the match during the 94th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Maravilla getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Ovidio Birila hit a great ball. Chants of Maravilla echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Electric Futbol Club had held the ball for most of the match.
