REAL VASCO RIO's Flávio de Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francesco Marulli in the 56th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Marcinho Velloso took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Camillo Nanni to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Camillo Nanni managed to avoid a goal in the 71stth minute, when REAL VASCO RIO's Josué da Cunha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After some careless play in the Cesano Boscone defense, Gláuber Cardozo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camillo Nanni. The Cesano Boscone fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camillo Nanni should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Cesano Boscone's Camillo Nanni got control of the ball when Mazinho Paranaense tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 81st minute, Sydney Mazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camillo Nanni didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 86th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. Cesano Boscone's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Gláuber Cardozo 92 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-5.
