Feodor Cadotsch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emil Lunca having to interfere. Nae Josan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Vladimir Schnyder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergiu Voiculescu kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. After 11 played minutes, Fire Devils's Pawel Bouchard shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Emil Lunca came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fire Devils reached it. Emil Lunca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thaddäus Striner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Claudiu Radovan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vladimir Schnyder was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nae Josan in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vladimir Schnyder prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Fire Devils getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Feodor Cadotsch hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, AFC Nirosxn 08's Olimpiu Şantău got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 46th match minute, AFC Nirosxn 08 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicodim Mitrofan to maneuver through the defense. Nicodim Mitrofan's late challenge caught a Fire Devils's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nicodim Mitrofan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, AFC Nirosxn 08's Nicodim Mitrofan got a free kick in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Thaddäus Striner to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feodor Cadotsch in the 53rd minute of play forced AFC Nirosxn 08's goalkeeper Emil Lunca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th minute, Claudiu Radovan made a precise shot to the right of Vladimir Schnyder. Fire Devils's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 61stth minute of the game Claudiu Radovan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fire Devils's Vladimir Schnyder was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vladimir Schnyder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudiu Radovan in the 84th minute of the match. Pawel Bouchard kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. After having played for 91 minutes, Nae Josan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFC Nirosxn 08's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nae Josan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 94th match minute, Fire Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hajo Nyfeler to maneuver through the defense. When Nae Josan came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the AFC Nirosxn 08 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nae Josan couldn't finish the play. AFC Nirosxn 08's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
