Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Geronimo Nisio kicked off to start the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernesto Seme got free with Nunez Astudillo in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 8th minute Jeronimo Bento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Eyague saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goal looked a bit too open when Jeronimo Bento came free, but Emiliano Eyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geronimo Nisio took the ball and in the 16 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emiliano Eyague. Emiliano Eyague dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Estrellas de Caballito's Nunez Astudillo got control of the ball when Salvador Arixo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Teofilo Enaut who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's Emiliano Eyague was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emiliano Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Geronimo Nisio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the game, Isaias Domiku was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Estrellas de Caballito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA the free kick. The supporters of C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA booed when Estrellas de Caballito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaias Domiku didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nunez Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Seme in the 29th minute of play. 31 minutes into the game, Geronimo Nisio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Emiliano Eyague was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Salvador Arixo charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Salvador Arixo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Salvador Arixo hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After 38 played minutes C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA got a freekick which was hit by Cayetano Manilan. With 45 minutes on the clock, Benicio Mateo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Estrellas de Caballito! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ernesto Seme made a kick off. Severiano Hustaz hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Nunez Astudillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Seme in the 54th minute of play. Emiliano Eyague was a little too slow when Teofilo Enaut got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 1-3. When Estrellas de Caballito's Teofilo Enaut in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalie prevented a goal. Emiliano Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Gipuzkoa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eugenio Delfino came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Estrellas de Caballito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugenio Delfino couldn't finish the play. Emiliano Eyague took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romulo Primeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind Estrellas de Caballito's goalkeeper Nunez Astudillo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Estrellas de Caballito's Cristian Obano got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Teofilo Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A. SAN MARTIN MZA's goalkeeper Emiliano Eyague, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Estrellas de Caballito players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
