Jesus Jacindo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mebarek Boniche went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Jesus Jacindo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mebarek Boniche's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. After 18 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for EL CORTO FC! The referee gave Wara a penalty, 19 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mebarek Boniche, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of EL CORTO FC's Jesus Jacindo. 0-2. Jesus Jacindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amar Said in the 22nd minute of the match. Mebarek Boniche might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jesus Jacindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mebarek Boniche ran back to his position shaking his head. Jesus Jacindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mebarek Boniche in the 24th minute of play. Mebarek Boniche blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Jacindo having to make a save. Jesus Jacindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mebarek Boniche, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29thth minute of the game Mebarek Boniche who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EL CORTO FC's Jesus Jacindo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mebarek Boniche took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jesus Jacindo. Jesus Jacindo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Isidro Irrintzi charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isidro Irrintzi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 33 played minutes EL CORTO FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Irrintzi. Chadli Lacarne scored 0-4 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jesus Jacindo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 45th match minute, Wara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rachid Hima to maneuver through the defense. EL CORTO FC's Leonides Calvino couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 46th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Wara. Hocine Zitouni made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Ricardo Tome sent off a good shot on target.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Baldomiro Javiero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Ricardo Tome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Zitouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hocine Zitouni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidro Irrintzi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Wara's Mebarek Boniche sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jesus Jacindo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 64th minute Isidro Irrintzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Zitouni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo Tome hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Mebarek Boniche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68th minute, Wara's Mourad Mimoun seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Mourad Mimoun the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Wara protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Mourad Mimoun had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 68th minute of the game. One of Wara:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of EL CORTO FC:s goal. Leonides Calvino did an outstanding performance 71 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 1-5 to the right of an irritated Hocine Zitouni in the goal. Chadli Lacarne fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jesus Jacindo having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Chadli Lacarne got free with Jesus Jacindo in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Wara booed when EL CORTO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Tome didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the game, Ariel Jorrin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL CORTO FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wara the free kick. Ariel Jorrin kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Wara played a much better game than EL CORTO FC and deserved their victory. The EL CORTO FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
