FC Germania München's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Puskas United the free kick. After 16 played minutes FC Germania München got a freekick which was hit by Isaak Michalke. A collision led to Puskas United getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Einar Persson hit a great ball. In the 20th match minute, FC Germania München was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörg Bork to maneuver through the defense. Puskas United's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Benjamin Jütte scored to the left of an out of position Viggo Britz, making the score, 3-2. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-2 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benjamin Jütte was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Puskas United's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Jütte came free, but Viggo Britz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Otto Siggesson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puskas United and the FC Germania München players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Puskas United defense, Atze Iraschko kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Viggo Britz. The Puskas United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Viggo Britz should have stopped the shot. FC Germania München's Frederik Kropp got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. FC Germania München made a substitution. Lazarus Oster replaced Harro Clemens. Einar Persson kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Viggo Britz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Frederik Kropp, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Viggo Britz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benjamin Jütte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Benjamin Jütte had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Viggo Britz. Puskas United's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benjamin Jütte was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. Puskas United's Viggo Britz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamin Jütte in the 97th minute of play.
