Vicente Viniambres kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Elias Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Jayaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 20 minutes, Genaro Maria mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Trescientos and the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Genaro Maria hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Santo Jayaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeferino Saldanha in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Belchior Pegado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Santo Jayaga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Belchior Pegado's shot from short distance in the 27th minute. After 27 played minutes Trescientos got a freekick which was hit by Genaro Maria. Genaro Maria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Zeferino Saldanha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santo Jayaga was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. After 37 played minutes VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF got a freekick which was hit by Jerónimo Patrício. In the 39th minute, Genaro Maria got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Trescientos getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. León Bravo hit a great ball. After having played for 44 minutes, Belchior Pegado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Belchior Pegado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Viniambres to make the kick off. Genaro Maria recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Albertus Guinea hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Genaro Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Trescientos's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Maria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Belchior Pegado came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Belchior Pegado couldn't finish the play. Trescientos's Santo Jayaga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Belchior Pegado in the 75th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 77 minutes into the game, when Cagua Piñon put in a rough tackle. Cagua Piñon kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Trescientos booed when VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerónimo Patrício didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Jayaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Belchior Pegado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 83rd minute, Zeferino Prates ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Santo Jayaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Belchior Pegado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Santo Jayaga came out and tried to block the shot, but Belchior Pegado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 89th minute. In the 93rd minute, Belchior Pegado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When the match was over VETERANOS DA GUINÉ - FLF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Trescientos throughout the match.
