Joshua Fitzgerald lost his temper 3 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee gave Agua Santa a penalty, 4 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Enrique Abreu, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ARMENIAN 11's Monte McNeal. 1-0. Tomé Mota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Lofton in the 9th minute of play. Monte McNeal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Rosa in the 16th minute of the match. ARMENIAN 11's Monte McNeal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save ARMENIAN 11 from getting a goal against them. 32 minutes into the match, ARMENIAN 11's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Abreu came free, but Monte McNeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Tiago Cosme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Fábio Lopez got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Eugênio Monteiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Monte McNeal having to interfere. Enrique Abreu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Monte McNeal made a huge save. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Frank Rosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedro Lofton got free with Tomé Mota in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 55 minutes into the match, ARMENIAN 11's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Rosa came free, but Monte McNeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Dedê Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Monte McNeal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ARMENIAN 11 made a substitution. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casey Mixon couldn't finish the play. If Oséas Trigo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the game, Abe Lilly was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ARMENIAN 11's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Agua Santa the free kick. 90 minutes into the game, one of ARMENIAN 11:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
