If Imre Karus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute Erkki Haug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hubert Donnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Konrad Uba fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Armageddon's protests and gave Konrad Uba a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd minute, Konrad Uba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bacary Pincon made a kick off. Hubert Donnet made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Imre Karus sent off a good shot on target. 55 minutes into the match, corsaire nantais's goalkeeper Hubert Donnet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Erkki Haug. Imre Karus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Hubert Donnet made a huge save. Iván Gómez received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hubert Donnet came out and tried to block the shot, but Iván Gómez slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 91st minute. When the final whistle sounded Armageddon left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than corsaire nantais.
