Nicky Rauvoets showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Doni Lima in the 6th minute of the match. Augusto Costa charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Augusto Costa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 12 minutes into the game, Marc Saelens recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Toninho Quadros. Marc Saelens showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 15 played minutes Gregorie Kloots rounded Clube dos pro's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 19th minute Doni Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicky Rauvoets saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doni Lima in the 22nd minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Nicky Rauvoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 24th minute, KV Schoonwater's Gregorie Kloots dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faustão Castro in the 28th minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Nicky Rauvoets to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nicky Rauvoets took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 33 minutes into the match, Clube dos pro's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Saelens came free, but Toninho Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gregorie Kloots was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Faustão Castro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nicky Rauvoets was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. KV Schoonwater's Nicky Rauvoets proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save KV Schoonwater from getting a goal against them. In the 80th minute, Augusto Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clube dos pro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. When Gaetan Vanden Bossche came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the KV Schoonwater fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaetan Vanden Bossche couldn't finish the play. Ulisses Ramalho's late challenge caught a KV Schoonwater's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulisses Ramalho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of KV Schoonwater booed when Clube dos pro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulisses Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute Pieter-Jan Roelandts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toninho Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KV Schoonwater were furious when Ludo De Maerschalckx was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 90 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for KV Schoonwater! Faustão Castro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Nicky Rauvoets tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Clube dos pro's Franklin Zonta got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Clube dos pro players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented KV Schoonwater from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
