The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fransesco De Mol showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fransesco De Mol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hulberto Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute, Olivar Carpio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Atletico Maturrango's Xuban Llave got control of the ball when Brent Schuts tried to sneak it across the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Xuban Llave had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brent Schuts. 18 minutes into the game, Dei Ibarlucea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Maturrango's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Bistouquettes Bleues the free kick. Dei Ibarlucea kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Xuban Llave made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Brent Schuts sent off a good shot on target. With 20 minutes on the clock, Jax Mendana commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Xuban Llave took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nico Van Doren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xuban Llave made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Brent Schuts sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Dei Ibarlucea hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Dries Demeester got a free kick in the 42nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Laurent Van Leemput got free with Xuban Llave in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xuban Llave showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brent Schuts, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nico Van Doren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xuban Llave took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brent Schuts, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 54 minutes into the match, Atletico Maturrango's goal looked a bit too open when Nico Van Doren came free, but Xuban Llave reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Brent Schuts shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xuban Llave saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xuban Llave came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Brent Schuts. But to his dismay, Brent Schuts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Atletico Maturrango's Xuban Llave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nico Van Doren in the 64th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Nico Van Doren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xuban Llave was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Fransesco De Mol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulberto Arias in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hulberto Arias got free with Fransesco De Mol in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Brent Schuts in the 76th minute of play forced Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper Xuban Llave to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Atletico Maturrango booed when Les Bistouquettes Bleues was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastien Westelinx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Xzavaier Barsi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fransesco De Mol having to interfere. Atletico Maturrango's Xuban Llave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastien Westelinx in the 86th minute of play. In the 88th minute, Nico Van Doren made a precise shot to the right of Xuban Llave. Atletico Maturrango's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Atletico Maturrango's Xuban Llave played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Brent Schuts in the 91st minute of play. Xuban Llave showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brent Schuts, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There was no doubt that Les Bistouquettes Bleues were the better team. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
