The audience thought a goal was coming when Wit Michnik got free with Fransesco De Mol in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's Fransesco De Mol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Les Bistouquettes Bleues from getting a goal against them. But to his dismay, Izydor Jaworski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 44 minutes into the match, Les Bistouquettes Bleues's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Jaworski came free, but Fransesco De Mol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Izydor Jaworski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fransesco De Mol having to interfere. Izydor Jaworski received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fransesco De Mol came out and tried to block the shot, but Izydor Jaworski slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nico Van Doren made the kick off in the second half. Nico Van Doren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Borys Sowa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Brent Schutss short, quick shot in the 57thth minute got Borys Sowa to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 59th minute, Nico Van Doren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Izydor Jaworski managed to get in a good position for a shot. Edwardów's supporters rose to their feet, but Izydor Jaworski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fransesco De Mol breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Les Bistouquettes Bleues's zone, Wit Michnik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fransesco De Mol came out of the goal and Wit Michnik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 75th match minute, Les Bistouquettes Bleues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brent Schuts to maneuver through the defense. Wiktor Bartoszek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Fransesco De Mol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fransesco De Mol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Izydor Jaworski in the 96th minute of the match. In the 96th match minute, Les Bistouquettes Bleues was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laurent Van Leemput to maneuver through the defense. Les Bistouquettes Bleues's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
