Modesto Bittor showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the game, Florencio Chico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético Matorrales the free kick. When Clodoveo Mambru came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Atlético Matorrales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Mambru couldn't finish the play. In the 18th minute Florencio Chico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reynaldo Franco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Reynaldo Franco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ismael Bermund. Delmiro Arce in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Reynaldo Franco, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When Siro Tximitx fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's protests and gave Siro Tximitx a yellow card for diving instead. After 32 played minutes CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Benvide. Atlético Matorrales's Reynaldo Franco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Atlético Matorrales from getting a goal against them. Atlético Matorrales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. After having played for 55 minutes, Cleto Aires managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atlético Matorrales's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Florencio Chico was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Elias Donzel kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Matorrales's zone, Manuel Santo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reynaldo Franco came out of the goal and Manuel Santo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 68th minute, Manuel Santo made a precise shot to the right of Reynaldo Franco. Atlético Matorrales's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. Reynaldo Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. If Clodoveo Mambru had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 80 minutes of play, CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ's Florencio Chico made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Reynaldo Franco was left in no man's land by his defense there! With 93 minutes on the clock, Jimeno Casado commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. A collision led to Atlético Matorrales getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jimeno Casado hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the CaNsErBeRo FC Ψ players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
