Erich Wimmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Fanuco in the 9th minute of play. 12 minutes in the game, Nicanor Fanuco fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Erich Wimmer having to interfere. Evelio Naike showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manuel Grath, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th match minute, Lanzenkirchen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Florian Orthaus to maneuver through the defense. Erich Wimmer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Fanuco in the 22nd minute of play. If Horacio Sein had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th match minute, Las Palmas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maximiliano Bazil to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Sein in the 28th minute of play forced Lanzenkirchen's goalkeeper Erich Wimmer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute of the match, Lino Godoy tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Erich Wimmer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 33rd minute Steven Rahnefeld shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Naike saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 36th match minute, Las Palmas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Gabino to maneuver through the defense. Lanzenkirchen's Kurt Post couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 36th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Las Palmas. Klaus Roth took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Evelio Naike. Evelio Naike dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Evelio Naike took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Steven Rahnefeld, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Klaus Roth in the 44th minute of play forced Las Palmas's goalkeeper Evelio Naike to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Nicanor Fanuco made the kick off in the second half. Lanzenkirchen's Erich Wimmer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Fanuco in the 52nd minute of play. Christopher Röske kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Lanzenkirchen's Klaus Roth ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Evelio Naike. Evelio Naike yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Evelio Naike made an important save on a dangerous shot by Manuel Grath in the 61st minute. After 67 played minutes Las Palmas got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Lia. After recieving a nice pass, Lanzenkirchen's Kurt Post tried to score from far away in the 68th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Florencio Dimas charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Florencio Dimas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Las Palmas got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Dimas. Erich Wimmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximiliano Bazil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Steven Rahnefeld kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nicanor Fanuco in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erich Wimmer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eduardo Ihintza hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Kurt Post from long distance, 86 minutes into the match, got Evelio Naike's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 90th minute, Manuel Grath left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lanzenkirchen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Lanzenkirchen's Steven Rahnefeld got his second yellow card of the match in the 94th minute. The referee ordered Steven Rahnefeld off the ground. The supporters of Las Palmas booed when Lanzenkirchen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steven Rahnefeld didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Las Palmas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lanzenkirchen's performance. The match ended with a win for Lanzenkirchen.
