With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vladislav Ryzhik in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anthony Bigeni saved Floriana Celtics from getting behind. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Vladislav Ryzhik sped through Floriana Celtics's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Anthony Bigeni. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Vladislav Ryzhik put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Anthony Bigeni. Vladislav Ryzhik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Vladislav Ryzhik's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anthony Bigeni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. Aleksandr Dobritskiy stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Clayton Manduca's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. If Steve Teuma Castelletti had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Unica FC's Aleksandr Dobritskiy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clayton Manduca in the 31st minute of play. After 39 played minutes, Floriana Celtics's Steve Teuma Castelletti shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aleksandr Dobritskiy came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Floriana Celtics reached it. In the 40th minute, Artemiy Yarovenko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clayton Manduca sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Clayton Manduca was the one to do the kick off. Artem Rossohin hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. Simon Deguaras short, quick shot in the 56thth minute got Aleksandr Dobritskiy to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 60th minute Simon Deguara shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aleksandr Dobritskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Unica FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Ruslan Basalaev hit a great ball. Unica FC's Aleksandr Dobritskiy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Unica FC from getting a goal against them. Anthony Bigeni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ruslan Basalaev went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Simon Deguara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aleksandr Dobritskiy having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Unica FC's Artem Rossohin got a free kick in the 86th minute. Steve Teuma Castelletti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Floriana Celtics booed when Unica FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimir Dubnitskiy didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 93 played minutes Floriana Celtics got a freekick which was hit by Simon Deguara. 94 minutes into the match, Vladislav Ryzhik had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Anthony Bigeni. Floriana Celtics's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladislav Ryzhik was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Unica FC had won after a very even match.
