An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Hajduk in the 4th minute of play forced S S Palestra Italia's goalkeeper Remo da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kajetan Ludwiczak hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The supporters of S S Palestra Italia booed when Vęgoria Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobiasz Dynda didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 13th minute, Tadeusz Hajduk made a precise shot to the right of Remo da Costa. S S Palestra Italia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. If Tadeusz Hajduk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Donatello kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. A collision led to Vęgoria Team getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Florian Pietras hit a great ball. Daniel Fedosz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Ferreira, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 27 minutes into the match, S S Palestra Italia's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Hajduk came free, but Remo da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, S S Palestra Italia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caio Luz to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes, Vęgoria Team's Cezary Basaik shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Remo da Costa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vęgoria Team reached it. In the 38th match minute, S S Palestra Italia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Marquez to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Hajduk in the 40th minute of play forced S S Palestra Italia's goalkeeper Remo da Costa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tobiasz Dynda made a kick off. Remo da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Debowski in the 56th minute of the match. 1-3 became the score in the 64th minute when Igor Debowski elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Remo da Costa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tadeusz Hajduk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tobiasz Dynda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Remo da Costa made a huge save. In the 73rd minute, Tadeusz Hajduk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vęgoria Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. Bernard Sierocki's late challenge caught a S S Palestra Italia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Sierocki helped the player get up and apologised. The Vęgoria Team players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
