Sven-Edvin Nordmark could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Johnny Molin made a huge save. Gert Brask hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 8th minute of the match IFK Gladdarna got a corner. Östavall's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bror Paulin ran over to the corner to take the kick. 12 minutes into the match, Östavall's goalkeeper Johnny Molin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Edvin Nordmark. After 16 played minutes IFK Gladdarna got a freekick which was hit by Otto Strömberg. Östavall's Johnny Molin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Östavall from getting a goal against them. In the 21st minute, IFK Gladdarna's Georg Lundberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Sven-Edvin Nordmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the last second Johnny Molin throw himself and got hold of the ball when Georg Lundberg in the 26thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Georg Lundberg succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. In the 39th minute Robert Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elliot Lindström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Sven-Edvin Nordmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 45 minutes, Sven-Edvin Nordmark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Gladdarna's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Edvin Nordmark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 47 minutes into the match, Östavall's goal looked a bit too open when Georg Lundberg came free, but Johnny Molin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Peter Rolandsson made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sven-Edvin Nordmark made a precise shot to the right of Johnny Molin. Östavall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Sven-Edvin Nordmark scored 6-0 in the 55th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Johnny Molin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Johnny Molin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven-Edvin Nordmark went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Sven-Edvin Nordmark managed to get in a good position for a shot. IFK Gladdarna's supporters rose to their feet, but Sven-Edvin Nordmark was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Johnny Molin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 68 minutes, Sven-Edvin Nordmark made it 8-0 with a short kick to the right side. Östavall's Johnny Molin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Benjamin Bållström lost his temper 70 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Benjamin Bållström kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 73 minutes into the game, Bernt Helström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Östavall's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave IFK Gladdarna the free kick. After 75 played minutes Östavall got a freekick which was hit by Kristian Broberg. IFK Gladdarna's Bror Paulin got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sven-Edvin Nordmark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Johnny Molin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Östavall's Peter Rolandsson got a free kick in the 81st minute. Sven-Edvin Nordmark struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Johnny Molin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for IFK Gladdarna. 88 minutes into the match, Sven-Edvin Nordmark notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of Östavall's Johnny Molin. Johnny Molin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Östavall getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Peter Rolandsson hit a great ball. When the referee ended the match the IFK Gladdarna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
