Remigio Socorro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Boulogne del Ciclón's Marcos Boulogne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermenegildo Ledo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Hermenegildo Ledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos Boulogne in the 9th minute of play. Hermenegildo Ledo came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Boulogne del Ciclón's Ovidio Lamberto. But to his dismay, Ovidio Lamberto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. After 16 played minutes Fuerzas Armadas got a freekick which was hit by Diagur Leyva. Fuerzas Armadas's Hermenegildo Ledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Candido Darien in the 17th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Fuerzas Armadas's goal looked a bit too open when Marcos Boulogne came free, but Hermenegildo Ledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Diagur Leyva could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Remigio Socorro made a huge save. In the 24th match minute, Fuerzas Armadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gabri Gandia to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Fuerzas Armadas's Braulio Gomar got a free kick in the 26th minute. Diagur Leyva kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Fuerzas Armadas defense, Iker Estavan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermenegildo Ledo. The Fuerzas Armadas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermenegildo Ledo should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcos Boulogne in the 33rd minute of play forced Fuerzas Armadas's goalkeeper Hermenegildo Ledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Marcos Boulogne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boulogne del Ciclón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Hermenegildo Ledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Boulogne, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Fuerzas Armadas defense, Marcos Boulogne kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermenegildo Ledo. The Fuerzas Armadas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermenegildo Ledo should have stopped the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Imanol Rosas to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ovidio Lamberto in the 52nd minute of play forced Fuerzas Armadas's goalkeeper Hermenegildo Ledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hermenegildo Ledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Candido Darien in the 54th minute. In the 56th match minute, Fuerzas Armadas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Braulio Gomar to maneuver through the defense. Fuerzas Armadas's Diagur Leyva got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Boulogne del Ciclón's Marcos Boulogne got a free kick in the 66th minute. Hermenegildo Ledo was a little too slow when Marcos Boulogne got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 0-7. With a little luck, Fuerzas Armadas's Hermenegildo Ledo got control of the ball when Marcos Boulogne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigio Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Gomar in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Marcos Boulogne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermenegildo Ledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Marcos Boulogne recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hermenegildo Ledo. Marcos Boulogne showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Remigio Socorro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Diagur Leyva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Fuerzas Armadas's Hermenegildo Ledo got control of the ball when Marcos Boulogne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Boulogne del Ciclón's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
