The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With 7 minutes on the clock, Roberto Berasko commited a dangerous tackle. But to his dismay, Mauricio Mel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Bernardo Bautista stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Peru's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Alonzo Flores kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Mauricio Mel sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and INCONA FC's Bernardo Bautista didn't even have to move. In the 18th minute, Ismael Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Mauricio Mel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bernardo Bautista showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Amancio Ioritz kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes in the game, Gualterio Dubardo dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. INCONA FC's Evaristo Ferman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Bernardo Bautista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauricio Mel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 37th match minute, Defensores de Mar de Ajó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carolo Txilar to maneuver through the defense. Bernardo Bautista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Mel, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Gualterio Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Federico Lon hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Evaristo Ferman to make the kick off. With a little luck, INCONA FC's Bernardo Bautista got control of the ball when Zacarias Ignado tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zacarias Ignado got free with Bernardo Bautista in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Defensores de Mar de Ajó fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cesar Henry should have stopped the shot. In the 67th minute, Mauricio Mel made a precise shot to the right of Bernardo Bautista. INCONA FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. INCONA FC's Bernardo Bautista proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save INCONA FC from getting a goal against them. In the 81st minute Evaristo Ferman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Henry saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. INCONA FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 84th minute, when Zacarias Ignado scored to the left of an out of position Bernardo Bautista, making the score, 2-3. A collision led to INCONA FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Alonzo Flores hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, INCONA FC's Alonzo Flores got a free kick in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Defensores de Mar de Ajó's Mauricio Mel broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Gualterio Dubardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. INCONA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gualterio Dubardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cesar Henry breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Defensores de Mar de Ajó's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
