Carmo De Kiev's Baltazar Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 26th minute of the match, managed to save F.C. Carmo De Kiev from getting a goal against them. A collision led to KOO Tigers getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Hüsmen Ötüken hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Arda Ozan Sökmensu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Baltazar Velasco. That made the score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Kutalp Akbaba could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Baltazar Velasco however easily saved by the left post. Baltazar Velasco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tolga Şahinhan in the 44th minute of the match. Erivaldo Bastos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gökalp Sadiray read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play.

The wind increased when Thiago Junior made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, F.C. Carmo De Kiev's Carlos Alberto da Cunha got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Kutalp Akbaba received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Baltazar Velasco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltazar Velasco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kutalp Akbaba, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Thiago Junior's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gökalp Sadiray firmly grabbed it by the left post. Carmo De Kiev's Carlos Alberto da Cunha got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boğaç Kutuner in the 81st minute of play forced F.C. Carmo De Kiev's goalkeeper Baltazar Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute, Boğaç Kutuner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KOO Tigers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 88th minute Boğaç Kutuner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltazar Velasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Kutalp Akbaba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of KOO Tigers booed when F.C.
